Collaborative, 3-day effort to restore children to their homes

This past June SARTHI and other organizations worked on a three-day effort to get some of the children wandering Patna's rail stations back to their hometowns and families. Our goal was to ensure that as many children as possible could be sent directly home, without having to spend any time waiting inside Patna's government centers for street children. Eighteen children were successfully restored to their homes right away. Working with SARTHI as volunteers were Mr. Durgesh Kumar and Mr. Rakesh Kumar (sitting far left and far right in very last photograph).
